International orders, please contact us for international shipping quotes. We are only able to ship via Priority International at this time. Please note that Sustain.able Sprouts is not responsible for covering customs fees or duty tax.

Before you send your return an item, please review our return policy and contact us at sustainablesprouts@gmail.com to discuss the details of your return.
We want you to be happy with every purchase from Sustain.able Sprouts! If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, just let us know. We request that all goods to be returned within 15 days of delivery. All items should be in new condition (undamaged, unwashed, and in the original packaging) in order to receive a full refund. This means that all items must:
* be free of perfumes, dirt, household pets or anything other yuckies
* remain in their original, undamaged packaging - It is the ol' "put it back how you found it" rule! Please make sure your return is neatly packaged in the original packaging, with all supporting documents included (instructional booklets, etc.). We know you get excited when getting new goodies, we just ask that you take care when you tear into those packages ;)
If you have taken your item for a test drive, it is not a lost cause! If your item is worn, washed, unclean or damaged, contact us and we will be happy to work out a partial refund. Restocking fees will be based soley on the condition of the item.
We never sell customer returns without disclosing it, so rest assured- all items you purchase from us are brand spankin' new, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. wrong item sent, etc) Actual shipping fees will be deducted from all refunds- keep in mind actual shipping fees may be different than the shipping costs incurred at time of order! We often offer flat rate or free shipping promotions, but this doesn't always reflect the actual shipping costs.
If the return is a result of our error, we will cover the shipping back to us and the shipping to you on your exchange, if it applies.
If you are returning items purchased as gifts, your return will either be credited to the original buyer or a store credit will be issued to you. Items purchased with gift certificates will be issued a store credit.
Please know that all sale itmes are final sales! They have been discounted at such discounts to move them out :) We also reserve the right to refuse a return of a pre-ordered item, as in most cases these items were ordered specifically for the customer.
